Dashboards Overview

One of the primary objectives of the Customer Experience Guidelines is to provide simplification and consistency across all Open Banking implementations. As such, we have defined a core set of principles for dashboards that can and should be used, subject to the brand considerations of TPPs and ASPSPs.

AIS Consent Dashboard

Dashboards play an important role in managing the data for which a PSU has provided access consent to an AISP. PSUs may have consented to share data from several ASPSPs with a single AISP. AISPs must provide PSUs a dashboard to view and revoke their ongoing consents.

AIS Access Dashboard

Dashboards play an important role in managing the data for which a PSU has provided access consent for an AISP to access from their ASPSP. PSUs may have consented to share data from several accounts with a single AIS. ASPSPs must provide PSUs a dashboard to view and revoke the ongoing access for each account.

PIS VRP Consent Dashboard

A PSU may setup VRPs from different ASPSPs with a single PISP. The PISP must provide the PSU a dashboard to view and revoke the consents they have given. Dashboards play an important role in managing the conditions of VRPs for which the PSU has provided consent.

PIS VRP Access Dashboard

ASPSPs must provide PSUs with a facility to view and revoke ongoing VRP access that they have given to any PISP, for each account held at that ASPSP. The PSU may have consented to make payments from several accounts through a single PISP. Dashboards play an important role in setting out what accounts the PSU has given permissions for, and the rules associated.

CBPII Consent Dashboard

Dashboards play an important role in clearly and transparently setting out what a PSU has provided consent for a CBPII to do on their behalf. PSUs may have consented to Confirmation of Funds (CoF) access to several accounts from one or more ASPSPs. CBPIIs must provide PSUs with a Dashboard to view and revoke these consents.

CBPII Revocation of Consent

CBPIIs must provide PSUs with a facility to view and revoke consents that they have given to that CBPII. PSUs may have consented to CoF access to several accounts from one or more ASPSPs.

CBPII Access Dashboard

ASPSPs must provide PSUs with a facility to view and revoke CoF access that they have given to any CBPII for each account held at that ASPSP.

CBPII Access Revocation

ASPSPs must provide PSUs with a facility to view and manage CoF access that they have given to any CBPII. This page describes how the customer journey to revoke CoF access should be constructed.

PSU Notifications

Independent research by Ipsos MORI showed a strong desire from real customers for intelligent notifications from TPPs and ASPSPs. Here we make recommendations for the implementation of effective notifications.
